About Dominik Kayser
I’m Dominik Kayser, an entrepreneur from Zug, Switzerland. I run Glow Careers and Omni1, and with AI-Kayser I teach managing directors to master AI themselves in 90 days.
From marketing to trading, then all in on AI.
I spent the first half of my career in marketing: first as an employee, then with a company of my own.
My first specialty was a paragraph of law. § 204 VVG gives privately insured people the right to switch tariffs without losing their cover. Hardly anyone knows it, so many people overpay for years. I helped people lower their premiums without ending up worse off. That is where I learned how to create demand and build processes that hold up at volume.
In 2018, I moved to Switzerland and started something completely different that same year: medical wholesale.
The turning point · 2025
The reason was AI.
In 2025, I sold it. AI is the sharpest transformation of our lives, and the right time to act was yesterday.
The German and Swiss Mittelstand are among the strongest things Europe has. Whether that stays true depends on how seriously we take AI. Companies that learn to truly master it and invest heavily will work at a different level than those that do not.
I was already good at marketing. But I wanted to become very good at AI, and that cannot be done on the side while running a wholesale business.
Since then I build anew, with AI thought in from the start. I had co-founded Glow Careers back in 2022, recruiting for trades and industry. The company runs today without me in day-to-day operations. Omni1 followed in 2024. And this year AI-Kayser: what I taught myself, turned into a system for others.
