What I’d tell a friend I haven’t seen in a year.
Scale further. Move more of what is still done by hand today into clean systems, without making the client experience worse.
Build. Turn the first very good results into a repeatable process instead of one-off cases.
Bring to launch. The pilot phase with five clients is complete. Now it is about getting the system to the point where it can carry 25 clients in September.
Alongside that: longevity, hiking, travel.
